Hear the echoing sound of the glacier shifting, or experience a chunk of it breaking off and falling into the lake in front.
Once you have taken in enough of this extraordinary site, travel three hours north to El Chaltén, the perfect base for walks into the stunning Fitzroy National Park. The spectacular granite peaks of Cerro Torre and the glacial lakes of Fitzroy mountain dominate the surrounding landscape.
